Delays & cancellation: In the event that your flight is delayed please telephone us immediately in order that we can re-schedule your collection time. Failure to advise us of your delay within 2 hours of the expected collection time will result in the full price being being made to your credit card. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of arrival time you will be charged the full price to your card.
