I just wanted to say that we found your service really excellent and will be more than happy to recommend it to everyone that we know. Your taxi driver was simply fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for him. When we arrived at our Vienna apartments there was a mix up and we could not get in and our driver stayed and helped us until we had sorted out the problem. He really did go the extra mile and was so kind and pleasant that we are all really so pleased that we selected Hotelraider and if you could pass on our thanks to our driver - it was lovely to be greeted by someone so helpful and to end our trip that way also - it really set the tone for a lovely trip to Vienna!

I came back from Vienna / Bratislava yesterday afternoon. The taxi driver was waiting for my friend and me as we entered the entrance hall and, with Sat Nav at the ready at the appropriate moment, got us to Sandgasse, Grinzing, in comfortable style and time, and he was extremely courteous. Bratislava is one of the youngest capitals in Europe and few people know that during the time it was called Pressburg or Pozsony it was one of the most important cities in the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
