The system provides total silence inside the taxi, so the travellers wouldn't be disturbed anymore by the old-timer dispatcher radio. (It would meet the requirements of the ombudsman suggestion -that investigates personal rights- and says that all the taxi ordering information shouldn't be sent to every cab.)
With the new digital dispatcher system the drivers could keep the promised arriving appointments thanks to the automatic treatment of the actual traffic and the place of the available taxis.
