Insurance and Excess Refund
Most suppliers will request a deposit at the start of the rental to cover any potential damage to the vehicle. In the event of damage to the vehicle a part or all of this amount may be charged to you. Where the "Excess Refund" is shown as included in the price you can then reclaim the amount charged provided that you send a copy of the accident report form from the supplier, a police report form and proof of payment.
Please note: The refund policy does not cover any parts of the vehicle not already covered by the insurance with the supplier, common examples being windows or the underside of the vehicle, and will also not cover towing charges or lost keys. We are unable to process refunds if the customer has driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, caused willful damage or been negligent, driven off road or without due care and attention.
Limited Mileage Note: Some convertibles and luxury vehicles have limited mileage. Your reservationist will inform you if restrictions apply.
