: You must pay our driver directly (in Polish zl. or EUR; CASH only). Our driver will wait for you with a HotelRaider sign with your surname up to 60 minutes after your landing time.
Delays & cancellation:
In the event that your flight is delayed we automatically check arrival times online so our driver will be waiting for you at the new time. However, in the event that you have booked our transfer and do not use it (no-show) then you will be charged the full single cost of your transfer to your credit card.

Airport transfer:
Please note that if you order our transfer service and don't use it (and our driver is waiting for you) we will have to charge the full cost for it to your credit card. Sightseeing: If you cancel on the day of the tour you will be charged 50% of the total price of your booking to your credit card.
