Just wanted to thank you again for everything. Our trip to Prague went very well in large part to you. The hotel was great. They were very kind and the location couldn't have been better. The babysitter worked out so we were able to enjoy the restaurants and the opera.

I absolutely LOVED the hotel. My room was great, the bartender/waiter was great (let me take a Radler to my room and served me some yummie food), and the front reception was so nice. There is a new girl who has only worked there 2 weeks who walked me down to Prague Old Town Square my first night so that I wouldn't get lost! You couldn't have done better...except maybe air conditioning. :)

We had a fab time in Prague. The accommodation was spot on although we only had one room with bath and one with shower, but it didn't matter in the end.
The airport collection was excellent and the driver very friendly, helpful and pleasant - we really liked him he took us on a drive around 'his Prague'. I would recommend it to anyone.

we were worried when on arrival the driver was not there! apparently he waited in another terminal! after a phone call we were on our way! nice friendly guy, nice apartment and friendly people too! we have no complaints at all and were 100% happy! i think we chose the best month to go! we would and will certainly recommend Prague and the accommodation and services you offer.

I would like to thank you very much for your taxi service, my wife and I were very impressed with the young driver who was helpful, courteous, careful & on good time to collect us at the airport and hotel. The cars which were used were clean and in good condition. My wife returns to Prague in March with three other ladies and will most certainly contact you nearer the time. Further to your below e-mail we have used Hotelraider to book our hotel “Charles Bridge Residence” in Prague on 2 occasions. The first for myself and my wife and the second for my Mum & Dad and their friends.
We were all delighted with the quality and location of this hotel and with the friendly welcome we received. It was very clean and nicely furnished and could not be faulted in any way. We were also very impressed with the Prague taxi service provided which we booked through your site. Again very prompt, helpful and very nice taxi.

Accommodation in Prague was perfect - great location, v comfortable, plenty of room and spotless. Highly recommended and I will pass on your details to anyone who asks. Michal was very kind as well and let us stay in the appartment until the evening at no extra charge. This was a godsend with the children.
One thing I wanted to pass on to you was that if you pay for the accommodation using a credit or debit card at the Exchange place next door (which is where you check in and get the keys) they charge a 5% fee. They were happy for me to go and get the cash from an ATM - although this wasn't 100% straightforward due to daily limits on withdrawals. It might be worth advising future clients to ensure they have adecuate supplies of cash available on arrival if they don't want to pay the 5% commission.

Thanks for asking how Prague went, very thoughtful. We adored it. It was one of the most beautiful cities we had every visited. As soon as we got there we all said when are we coming back. It has such a lovely atmosphere. The weather was really hot. We liked the Hotel Three Drums, especially the position, it was wonderful. It was a bit of a trek up all those stairs to the top though, and because we were on the front corner very noisy at night (hate to think what it would be like at the weekend). We barely got any sleep. However we would certainly return there, but would book way in advance so that we could have a room at the back. Glad you recommended the terrace of the Hotel U Prince, we ate up there and had 2 cocktails on the first night for only about £12 each. Excellent for a 5 star hotel. Certainly would have liked to have stayed there. Thanks again for your interest. We will certainly use you again and recommend Prague to others.

(Melantrich Apartments, Prague) Dear Sirs,
Yes, the trip was fantastic and the location of the accomodation was great. The only negative thing was that upon arrival the Melantrich gave us a different room than the one we had carefully picked out with you. Secondly, there were some things that did not work such as the lamp in the bathroom, the safe, lack of stereo (which was resolved quickly). A bit annoying that the lamp and the safe were never fixed despite repeated requests.
All in all, we are exceptionally pleased with in particular your service in London and the location of the flat. The staff at Hotel Melantrich were helpful and to the most extent cooperative. A bit annoying not to receive the room we previously had carefully picked out.
Thus, should we visit Prague again (which is likely) we will be in touch with you guys!

(Hotel Salvator, Prague) Dear Sirs
Just wanted to let you know that we have come back from out visit to Prague. We arranged to stay in the Hotel Salvator which we booked through your services.
This hotel was absolutely fantastic. We could not have faulted it and we tend to be picky. It was spotlessly clean and so efficiently run. The restaurant served the most wonderful food and all the staff looked after us so well. Breakfast was a real feast and we were spoilt for choice.
We only ate twice in the restaurant because we wanted to get out and about in the city but we would have been very happy to have been there every night.
If we wanted to return to Prague we would certainly go there again. With very cheap flights from our airport which is only a 15 minute drive away from our town many people here wish to visit Prague. We bought two return tickets with Thompson for £61. So we will not hestate to recommend you to our friends and colleagues.
The taxi service was great and he was there to meet us as planned - it was so straightforward.
The heating boiler on our floor broke down and after a repair the timer would not behave and although we were never cold the temperature dropped a bit. The hotel made the generous gesture of paying for our return taxi which was much appreciated and demonstrated how eager to please they were.
We loved every minute of our visit. Hope we can send you more custom and good luck with your future business - if everything was like our experience you cannot fail to please.

My parents came back to Spain yesterday. They loved the trip, the city, everything. The hotel, they say it's OK, without TV, bar and lift, but rooms are quite big, with charme and very clean, and with a wonderful breakfast! And the taxi service was perfect!
