The Hotel U Klenotnika backs on to a traditional street market that brings colour to this corner of Prague

Situated at the end of Rytířská Street is the well-known Estates Theatre where Mozart's Don Giovanni had its premiere in 1787. The The Hotel U Klenotnika was converted from an old burhger house, its foundations date from the 11th century.

Of particular interest are the striking ceiling decorations on the ground floor. They were added in the early 20th century when the house was the site of a renowned Prague jeweller's from where it gets its name U klenotníka.
