Zakopane
When you’re in Cracow you must visit Zakopane. Zakopane is one of the top holiday destinations and the most popular mountain resort in Poland, located 95 kilometers (59 miles) south of Cracow, you can get there by one the frequent buses from the bus station. The Krupówki street is the main street of Zakopane with tons of traditional restaurants and regional pubs. You won’t be able to see everything you want in one day so rent a room and stay at least for one night. You should be able to find rooms when you arrive, even in the peak periods there is a plenty of local people at the bus or train station offering cheap rooms. Remember to try the traditional cheese called “Oscypek”, which you can buy almost everywhere and don’t be surprised when it is being sold without packaging - it’s all handmade, organic and delicious. Don’t limit your visit to the main street; there are thousands of hiking trails around Zakopane as well. If you don’t like hiking then take time to see the Morskie Oko Lake.

Good evening, I just thought it only fair to pass on a comment about the service that my friends and I received on our arrival at Krakow airport. What can I say but excellent, when we entered the arrival area the driver,Paul, was waiting for us with a smile and a placard( bearing my name), he was efficient at his job, the vehicle was absolutely spotless, he helped us with our luggage when he picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel, and when it was time to leave,once again there he was, waiting patiently outside the hotel, with a greeting he helped with the luggage, on and off and shook our hands as we left, he asked if we enjoyed our stay and would we return, which by the way we hope to. We would not hesitate in using and, of course, recommending your company. So thanks very much and let's hope we will do business again.

I am just contacting you to say that I booked the above with you for Krakow on 3rd Nov and again on 7th Nov, 2007. We are just home yesterday and felt we must contact you to say Thank You to your driver PAUL.
Your driver Paul picked us up from the airport at Krakow on 3rd and was early as our flight was early. He was absoutely excellent. He was so well presented and a great personality. He was an invaluable knowledge of experience on everything we asked him. By the time he dropped us at the Grand Hotel we knew so much of what we were going to do and where to visit and eat etc., He was excellent, informative, charming and highly professional. A great representative for your company. His name (well the english version) was Paul. I think he said that was Pabol, I am not sure!
We would dearly hope that you can pass the compliment along to him.
We were so impressed with his standards, his knowledge of the city of Krakow and his use of the english language that we immediately booked him to take us to the Salt mines the following day and the prison camp the next day. Paul was a true gentleman and a very professional person. Please compliment him from us. He collected us on 7th from our hotel The Grand and brought us back to the airport. He was early again and waiting in reception. Probably one of our best experiences in Krakow was getting to know your driver and company. Keep up the good work. Then before we left he presented us both with beautiful little key rings from your company. Nice gesture and one we will treasure. We have put them on our car keys. Thank you! That is a very nice thought and one to remember your company by.
Paul explained to us that you are an international company and an english one. He was full of praise for you. Again, thank you.
